1. Agreement Terms
This agreement between you, the consignor, and Isshooz, the consignee, takes effect on today’s date or when the consigned shoes are officially listed by Isshooz. By consigning, you agree to make the property available to Isshooz on a consignment basis.

2. Consignment Period & Price
 AdjustmentsThe consignment period begins after Isshooz confirms authenticity and lists your shoes for sale both on our website and in-store. Shoes are displayed in-store for an initial 90-day term and will continue online until sold. If unsold after 90 days, a price reduction may be applied, which will be communicated and shared with the consignor.

3. Submitting Shoes for Consignment
Please include your full name, contact information, and a list of items when delivering your shoes. Our team will evaluate each pair for authenticity, condition, and resale value, typically within 2-4 business days. Pricing terms include a 60%-40% revenue split in favor of the consignor. Isshooz may adjust the final price after in-person inspection based on the item’s condition. Accessories like dust bags, boxes, and authenticity cards help achieve the best resale price.

4. Authenticity & Display Rights
We uphold strict authenticity standards and do not accept counterfeit items. After authentication, your shoes will be displayed across Isshooz’s storefront, website, and social media channels.

5. Payment & Agreement Termination
Consignors may request payments by check or bank transfer once an item sells. Should you wish to terminate this agreement early, a $50 fee per item applies. Early termination requires in-person pickup or payment for insured shipping costs.By consigning with Isshooz, you agree to these terms and will confirm understanding and acceptance by signing in person or electronically.
