Refund policy
Returns-
In-store returns will be accepted for store credit or exchange, within 5 days of purchase, and receipt must be presented. Shoes must be in like new condition, and must be accompanied by box.
No cash refunds.
Online purchases can be returned within 10 days of the date received, and must be in original condition at purchase. Online returns will be shipped back at the expense of the customer, and will also incur a restocking fee of $10 per pair. Please contact us at email : Leslie@isshooz.com to start a return.
