Isshooz Shipping Policy
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please keep in mind that Isshooz is
closed on Monday, so orders received on Saturday won’t be processed until Tuesday,
which will be the first business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship via UPS, with tracking insurance.
Delivery times vary by destination:
Domestic- (U.S.) 2-5 business days
International- 5-10 business days
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and
insurance value.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
charged by their country.
Insurance & Signature Confirmation
All items are shipped fully insured for their purchase value.
A signature may be required upon delivery for high-value items of $500 and up.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after shipment.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at
admin@isshooz.com.
We will work directly with the carrier to investigate and file any necessary insurance
claims.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier disruptions
outside of our control.
Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for high value items. Please always provide a physical
address.
We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrectly provided addresses.
Certain countries have higher restrictions on shipping luxury brands; India, Brazil,
China, Russia, North Korea, and sometimes Canada. Be advised that we are likely
unable to ship to those countries.
Incorrect Address Policy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrectly provided addresses. If the
item is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply
